Effective Date: October 2026 Building Trust Solutions - A commercial division of Rico Pronto Services LLC.

1. Commercial & B2B Scope of Operations These Terms and Conditions govern your use of BuildingTrustSolutions.com. Building Trust Solutions operates exclusively as a Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Government (B2G) enterprise provider. We DO NOT service single-family residential properties. Any residential service inquiries, unsolicited sales pitches, or spam submitted through our secure portals will be automatically discarded without a response.

2. Enterprise Services Provided We offer structured property management support, facility maintenance (NAICS 561210), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including but not limited to:

Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration support
Multi-site facility maintenance and vendor consolidation
Industrial laundry fleet repair
Commercial property staffing and operational support All services are subject to corporate availability, regional capacity, and executed maintenance agreements.

3. Dispatch Requests and Scheduling All emergency dispatch requests, RFPs, and maintenance inquiries must be submitted via our secure web portals by authorized property managers, facility directors, or government procurement officers. We reserve the right to prioritize contract-holding clients (VIP SLA) for 24/7 emergency dispatch.

4. Corporate Payment Terms Net 30 terms are available for approved enterprise and government accounts. Otherwise, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Late payments on commercial accounts will incur standard corporate service fees. For large-scale CapEx projects or structured RFPs, a mobilization deposit may be required prior to materials procurement. We accept standard business payment methods (ACH, corporate credit cards, business checks).

5. Cancellations and Priority Routing If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed facility maintenance dispatch, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Emergency dispatch routes are highly optimized; failure to notify our dispatch team may result in a trip charge.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Building Trust Solutions and Rico Pronto Services LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (including facility downtime), arising out of your use of our services.

7. Warranties and Compliance We strive to provide high-quality, OSHA and EPA-compliant commercial work. Specific services may include limited warranties, which will be explicitly detailed in writing within the service agreement or RFP response.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website is the property of Building Trust Solutions or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.

9. Privacy and Secure Routing Use of this site is governed by our Privacy Policy. All facility data, dispatch locations, and corporate contact information submitted via our portals are routed securely and never sold to third parties.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any corporate disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Mecklenburg County, NC.

11. Updates to These Terms We may update these corporate terms from time to time to reflect operational changes. Your continued use of our dispatch portals constitutes acceptance of any updates.
