All service appointments are subject to confirmation.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise stated in writing.
Late payments may incur a service fee.
For certain projects, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling or materials procurement.

We accept standard business payment methods (credit card, ACH, business checks, or as otherwise agreed).

5. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice.

Refunds for services rendered are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildingTrust Solutions and RICO Pronto Services LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of our services or website.

We strive to provide high-quality work. Specific services may include limited warranties, which will be detailed in writing before or during the service agreement. We do not guarantee outcomes for services outside our control, such as equipment age, property condition, or prior installations.
