1. General Policy

At BuildingTrust Solutions, we take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality service. Our goal is always to ensure customer satisfaction and to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. Because we provide labor- and time-based property services, our refund policy is structured to reflect the nature of our work.

2. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with the service you received, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will:

  • Review the issue promptly

  • Offer a resolution, which may include:

    • A follow-up service at no additional cost

    • A partial refund, if appropriate

    • A service credit toward a future visit

We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate resolution based on the situation.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services rendered as requested and completed without issue

  • Custom parts or materials purchased for your job

  • Deposits made to secure appointments or materials

  • Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice

 

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • For jobs requiring deposits or material pre-purchase, cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit if expenses have already been incurred.

 

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. We will notify you once your refund has been issued.

 

6. No-Show Policy

If a technician is dispatched to your location and no authorized contact is present to allow access or confirm the work, a trip charge may apply, and the visit may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling without additional cost.
